If there is ever a case you are dissatisfied with your purchase or product,

CharmedByKee does not accept returns or exchanges.

The guarantee we make is that most products are packaged and shipped 3-5 days after your order is submitted.

We ship orders Monday-Saturday to ensure that we meet these timeframes.

All packages are shipped through USPS and tracking is provided to you.

You should track your package accordingly.

We ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please validate your shipping address before confirming your order.

please do so within 24-48 hours of order date before your package arrives.

If you need to repair a bracelet for any reason,

there is an option for you to purchase a bracelet repair so that we can fix your product and ship it back to you.
